That gift became more than a book—it became her companion, her guide, her source of strength, and her daily connection with Jesus. The more she studied God’s Word, the more she desired to share His love with others. She found joy in serving, purpose in ministry, and hope in Christ’s promises. Yet even as opportunities and responsibilities increased, her heart continued to long for something deeper—a higher calling.

That calling led her to PAFCOE.

She found mentors, friends, and fellow believers who were passionate about studying God’s Word and preparing to serve Him. She learned lessons in faith, humility, health evangelism, contentment, resilience, and total dependence upon Christ. Most importantly, she grew closer to Jesus and gained a deeper understanding of His final message to the world.

Today, Joana’s testimony stands as a powerful reminder that God can take an ordinary life and use it for extraordinary purposes. He does not call the most talented, the most experienced, or the most qualified. He calls those who are willing to say, “Yes, Lord.”
